e72 Elderly Employment Platform

The Hong Kong Federation of Senior Citizens commissioned us to redesign its website and mobile app. e72 (‘AOLING Dynamics – Supporting Seniors’ Employment’) is a dual-purpose platform enabling older adults to find suitable employment and helping employers recruit mature talent efficiently.

The platform supports the creation of simple yet comprehensive digital CVs and short video resumes for online job applications, which are automatically emailed to recruiters. Job listings are clearly categorised and searchable, with advanced filtering and side-by-side job comparison functionality.

The membership system allows users to register for events and activities. It also hosts a ‘My Skills’ video library where users can learn practical crafts and exchange ideas via an integrated comment function.

Through secure data migration, all existing member records and website content—including job listings, events, courses, and videos—were seamlessly transferred to the new platform.
