iChange Chatbot and Website
In this project, we collaborated with the ELCHK Peace Fund to develop a chatbot system offering tailored support and advice for individuals struggling with gambling addiction.
The chatbot operates 24/7, enabling users to receive timely responses or guidance at any time. For backend agents, a dedicated management console allows them to seamlessly take over live conversations with users—ensuring higher-quality, human-in-the-loop support.
