Zhi Wei Ni Home Elderly Assistant App
Commissioned by the Hong Kong Federation of Senior Citizens during the pandemic, i2 developed a mobile application to support elderly people living at home.
The app helps older users stay on track with medication schedules, routine health check-ups, and physical exercise — all prompted via timely social worker notifications.
It also offers news updates, fitness videos, weather forecasts, and a calendar. The daily 'Favourable/Unfavourable Activities' feature is a culturally tailored UX element designed specifically for older adults.
We built an intuitive backend CMS for social workers, enabling easy task assignment and member management. The system logs user engagement and generates analytics reports to inform ongoing service development.
